ENROLMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

For your own benefit and protection, it is important that you carefully read and understand these Enrolment Terms and Conditions before enrolling in any of the courses offered by Skills on Projects.

By enrolling in any of the courses provided by Skills on Projects (“we,” “us,” “our,” “website” and “site”), you acknowledge these Enrolment Terms and Conditions and agree to be legally bound to them.

We may update these Enrolment Terms and Conditions any time at our sole discretion. Any update made on these Enrolment Terms and Conditions will be enforced upon publication on the website.

I. YOUR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By enrolling in any of our courses, you:

  1. Affirm that you are 18 years old or above.
  2. Affirm that you’ve provided us with accurate and complete information in relation to your enrolment with us, and that you accept responsibility in keeping it up to date. Any change to your information should be sent to us as soon as possible.
  3. Affirm that you have access to a suitable workplace and meet the minimum technological requirements to complete the course you’ve enrolled in (i.e. computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone, Internet connection, updated browser, and functioning email address).
  4. Agree for us to communicate with you via the email address you’ve provided to us and through the e-learning portal. Should you change your email address, you agree to let us know so we can update our records.
  5. Acknowledge that we may deny you or cancel your enrollment to any of our courses if we determine that the statements you’ve provided are untrue or you did not comply to any of these Enrolment Terms and Conditions.

II. PAYMENT AND COURSE DELIVERY

By enrolling in any of our courses you:

  1. Acknowledge that you are aware and understood the overall cost of the course and you agree to settle the amount using a major credit card or through PayPal.
  2. Acknowledge that the course cost must be paid in full. Failure to do so will result to access restriction to the course materials and our e-learning portal.
  3. Acknowledge that the course fee already includes all materials, access to resources, e-certificate and full support. It does not, however, include any hardware needed to complete the course or other personal costs associated while taking the course.
  4. Agree that we reserve the right to change the cost of our courses at our own discretion. Current price for any course will be displayed on the website.
  5. Understand that information on how to access the course materials and e-learning portal will be sent by email to the email address you’ve provided to us within 72 hours after you’ve paid for the course.

To process your payment for a course, we will ask that you provide your credit card information to us. We take certain measures to ensure the security of such information. We DO NOT store any of our enrollees’ credit card information in our servers nor do we provide them to third-party companies. We also advise you to log out from the e-learning portal after every session, especially if you are using a public computer.

III. CANCELLATION AND REFUND

  1. You may cancel your enrollment in any of our courses within (insert number of days here) days after the receipt of information on how to access the course materials or e-learning portal.
  2. If you’re able to cancel within the aforementioned period, you will receive a full refund within 30 days.
  3. You’re not eligible to get full refund if: (i) you have already logged into the e-learning portal; (ii) started using the modules at the time of cancellation; (iii) any of the supplied materials or software has been tampered with.
  4. To apply for a refund, you are required to send us a notification of cancellation at (insert email address here).

IV. WARRANTIES AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

  1. We warrant that the courses we provide as well as the materials they come with are of good quality. However, we do not warrant that they are free of errors.
  2. We warrant that we will provide the support/services you may require throughout your enrollment in the course.
  3. We warrant that we will issue a certificate of completion once you have completed the course.
  4. With an exemption of liability for death or personal injury that may arise from our negligence, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage that may arise directly from enrolling in any of our course, using our website and e-learning portal, or in connection with these Enrolment Terms and Conditions.
  5. With an exemption of liability for death or personal injury that may arise from our negligence, our liability for direct losses resulting from our negligence, breach of contract or any other course of action that may arise in connection with these Enrolment Terms and Conditions shall be limited to the total price of the online course.

V. OTHER TERMS

  1. If any of the terms and conditions in this Agreement is considered unenforceable by a Court of Law, the remaining terms and conditions shall stay in effect.
  2. All the content or information in our courses, course materials, and website are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by international intellectual property rights.
  3. You agree not to share, reproduce, modify, republish, display or commercially use any of the content in our courses, course materials, and website except as permitted by law or expressly authorized in writing by us. Doing any of these would infringe our intellectual property rights.

Our Agreement with you is governed by the laws of (England and Wales).
